Hi, my name is Jane Binnion and I’m based near Lancaster, Lancashire..

I worked for over 20 years in the not for profit sectors as well as being a self employed trainer. The part of my work that I’ve always  loved most is connecting people; networking, passing on contacts and helping others to grow their organisations.

The lines …Have you seen/You should meet/talk to .. are always part of whatever I do.

So now I get to combine my passion for networking with enabling good communication between business and customer, thus helping businesses,  just like yours, to grow.

Customer care is crucial in business and, if you understand the need for 2 way engagement with customers, want to hear what customers are saying about your product, value customer feedback and understand the need to deal with customer complaints with speed and transparency –  then social media is right for your organisation.

I am also a trainer, coach and business mentor with Reaching New Heights Lancashire and I am a member of  Lancaster ESTA
